Potato Soup
6 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Chicken style Seasoning
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. savory
1 tsp. salt
7 cups water
Simmer until tender, but do not allow potatoes to become mushy.
Add: 1/2 cup thick cashew cream (3 Tbsp. cashews blended with 1/2 cup water or soup broth) Barely bring to boil just before serving. If too thick, add more water.
