Melty "Cheese"

4 cups water
1 carrot chopped and steamed until soft
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. onion powder
¾ tsp. garlic powder
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ cup cashews
3-4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Blend 2 cups of the water with the remaining ingredients. Add the rest of the water and blend until smooth. Cook on medium heat until thick, 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. For a white cheese sauce leave out the carrots.
