Grilled Cheese Sandwhiches

1 c. water
¾ c. cashews
1 Tbs. sesame seeds
1 ¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground dill weed
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 whole carrot chopped (steamed)
1 Tbs. arrowroot powder
2 Tbs. lemon juice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Spread whole wheat bread with cheese filling and a slice of tomato if desired. In a small bowl mix 2 Tbs. arrowroot, 1 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt. Brush the outsides of the sandwiches with this mixture and place on dry griddle. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
